Order for 26 conveyors!

JTT Conveying A/S has just received another order for C210 conveyors, this time the order is for 26 units with final destination in Vietnam.

The 26 C210 conveyors are produced in different dimensions with a cc: length of 2,300 mm and a belt width from 800 and up to 2,000 mm.

The conveyors are to be used as "spillage conveyors", which are placed under the main conveyor where they transport the excess raw materials that the mounted belt scraper scrapes off the belt.

We have chosen to use Conti Clean rubber belts from ContiTech, as this belt type is coated with a non-stick material surface that reduces the amount of build-up on the belt.

The C210 is equipped with steel rollers from Rulmeca and traction and turning drums from Rulmeca.

Due to the high ambient temperature of 45°, the drum motors are this time equipped with a class H motor and a different type of oil to withstand the heat.
