Trough-shaped roller frame for bulk handling

In a belt conveyor you can identify two types of roller frames, the upper part that has the function of supporting the belt itself and a lower part that supports the belt on the return side.

The upper part can consist of 1 horizontal roller or as a trough consisting of 2-3 rollers.

The belt may have difficulty staying centred on the conveyor itself, in which case a self-adjusting roller frame can be used which works in such a way that it corrects the belt and thereby maintains the belt centrally located on the conveyor.
