We would never dream of compromising on safety. We are committed to proactive safety and do everything humanly possible to prevent accidents at work.

We continuously develop our safety culture by engaging managers and employees in following the rules of the game, communicating about safety in everyday life and putting safety issues on the agenda at meetings, events and activities.

Our safety procedures are well documented in our safety policies, employee handbook and in relevant places in the organisation. We train our employees in safety and repeat safety drills as needed and at least once a year.

We ensure that all employees take sufficient breaks, have all necessary safety equipment available and perform their tasks under safe working conditions.
